How to cut winged beans:Winged beans have strings on both sides of the pod. So first you should peel it off. After that thinly sliced the winged beans. |

How to prepare:Add oil into the skillet & fry the dry red chili for 2 minutes. |

Add mustard seeds, garlic, red onions, green chili, curry leaves, pandan leaf & fry until golden brown. |
