Ingredients

250g Chicken

2 Onion (diced)

1 Spicy capsicum (sliced)

1 Tomato
-
1 tsp Ginger (chopped)

2 (cloves) Garlic (chopped)

1 (sprig) Pandan leaf
-
1 (sprig) Curry leaves
-
1/2 tsp Turmeric
-
1/2 tsp Chili powder
-
1 tsp Chili flakes
-
1 tsp Black pepper powder
-
1 tsp Salt
-
100 ml Oil(deep fry)

1 tsp Soy sauce
-
2 tsp Tomato sauce

Cut chicken into cubes & season with ½ tsp (salt, black paper) turmeric, chili powder, soy sauce & keep it to marinate for 10 minutes. |

Add oil into the pan & deep fry the chicken until golden brown. |

Put chicken on tissue paper to drain extra oil. |

In the frying pan, heat 4 tsp of oil in medium heat. |

Add ginger, garlic, pandan leaf, curry leaves & saute until golden brown. |

Add chili flakes, 1/2 of black paper, 1/2 of salt, tomato sauce & mix. |

Add onion, tomato & spicy capsicum & stir until 2 minutes. |

Add fried chicken & mix it well & serve with hot. |
