50g Dried small shrimp

100g Chili flakes

100ml Oil(deep fry)

15(cloves) Garlic (chopped)

1 tsp Ginger

1 (sprig) Curry leaves (chopped)

1 tsp Cardamoms (powder)

2 tsp Sugar

Salt to taste

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Tomato sauce

Add sugar into soy sauce bowl & stir. |

Add chopped garlic, ginger, chopped curry leaves & fry until golden brown.(please don’t let it burn.) |

Next add dried small shrimp & fry.(keep remembering to wash dried shrimp well. Because sometimes there can be sand with shrimp.) |

Add chili flakes, salt & powder of cardamoms. keep fry it in low heat. |

Off the flame & add tomato sauce & mix well.(after tasting the chili paste, you can adjust the salt & sugar according to your taste.) |
