100ml Warm milk

1 tsp Yeast

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sesame seeds
Directions
The sausage bread roll is a popular snack among people. It’s available from bakeries. But today we can make it without any regression. After making sausage rolls, I realized that this is very easy to make. I would like to share this recipe with you. Let’s see how I made it.

Dissolve the yeast & sugar in the warm milk. Keep aside for 5 minutes. |

Add flour, salt into a bowl & mix it well. |

Make a hole at the center of flour & add yeast mixture. (mix together until a soft dough is formed.) |

Steam the sausages in boiling water until 5 minutes. Remove from water & keep aside. |

Deflate & spread the dough & cut into 8 pieces. |

Place wrap rolled sausage rolls on the baking tray with a baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Cover the rolls until 30 minutes. |

Whisk up an egg & egg wash the surface of the rolls. Spread sesame seeds on the top of the rolls. |

Place in a 180 degrees Celsius preheated oven & bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. |
