1 Egg
100ml Warm milk
1 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sesame seeds

    The sausage bread roll is a popular snack among people. It’s available from bakeries. But today we can make it without any regression. After making sausage rolls, I realized that this is very easy to make. I would like to share this recipe with you. Let’s see how I made it.

    Dissolve the yeast & sugar in the warm milk. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Add flour, salt into a bowl & mix it well.

    Make a hole at the center of flour & add yeast mixture. (mix together until a soft dough is formed.)

    Knead the dough until it's soft. (Transfer the dough to a smooth floured surface knead until it's soft & elastic for 10 minutes by hand. Keep the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes until double size.)

    Steam the sausages in boiling water until 5 minutes. Remove from water & keep aside.

    Deflate & spread the dough & cut into 8 pieces.

    Take a piece of the dough & Place the sausage on your side, wrap around the sausage.

    Place wrap rolled sausage rolls on the baking tray with a baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Cover the rolls until 30 minutes.

    Whisk up an egg & egg wash the surface of the rolls. Spread sesame seeds on the top of the rolls.

    Place in a 180 degrees Celsius preheated oven & bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
