1 Pandan leaves
2 tbsp Olive oil
1tsp Garlic (chopped)
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Chili flakes
1/2 tsp Salt

Spaghetti is one kind of pasta. It’s a long and thin shape. It’s an Italian dish. Spaghetti is made of wheat & water. It’s very easy to make.

How I made tomato puree

Add tomatoes into the hot water & close with the lid until 5 minutes. (need to remove the skin of tomatoes to make tomato puree.)

Peel the skin of tomatoes & squeeze the juice of tomatoes. (If you have tomato puree, you can use it)

Add olive oil into the pan & heat in medium flame.

Add chopped garlic, onion, pandan leave stir until golden brown.

Add black paper, chili flakes, salt & saute for 2 minutes.

Add tomato puree & mix it well.

Add spaghetti into the pan & stir fry over low heat.

Transfer into the plate & Serve with hot.

For more taste, you can add grated cheese to the top.
