500g White sesame seeds

1/2 cup Jaggery

1/2 tbsp Salt

2 tbsp Water

Add white sesame into the skillet and stir to roast until lightly brown under low heat. (Remember to stir it continuously.) |

Mix salt with water and keep aside. |

Add roasted sesame into the stone mortar and pestle. (You can use a blender to grind sesame instead of stone mortar and pestle) |

Pound the sesame for 10 minutes. |

Add jaggery and pound with the sesame. (mix ingredients until combine altogether.) |

Place mixture into the large bowl and add saltwater to the mixture. (combine all ingredients using by hand.) |

Make small balls using by hands. |
