1/2 cup Jaggery
1/2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Water

    Add white sesame into the skillet and stir to roast until lightly brown under low heat. (Remember to stir it continuously.)

    Mix salt with water and keep aside.

    Add roasted sesame into the stone mortar and pestle. (You can use a blender to grind sesame instead of stone mortar and pestle)

    Pound the sesame for 10 minutes.

    Add jaggery and pound with the sesame. (mix ingredients until combine altogether.)

    Place mixture into the large bowl and add saltwater to the mixture. (combine all ingredients using by hand.)

    Make small balls using by hands.
